First Course: Berry Spring Salad
A fresh and elegant start to the evening featuring spring greens, juicy blueberries and strawberries, crunchy pecans, and crumbled feta, all tossed in a sweet and tangy honey mustard vinaigrette.

Main Course: Valentine Platter
A romantic, shareable trio of classic comfort dishes—fully plant-based and designed to feel both indulgent and familiar.

Steak with Bourbon Cream Sauce – Tender vegan steak topped with a rich, silky bourbon cream sauce
Chicken Parmesan – Crispy breaded vegan chicken layered with marinara and dairy-free mozzarella, baked until bubbly
Spaghetti with Sausage Marinara – Our slow-simmered house marinara with savory vegan sausage.

Dessert: White Chocolate Cake
A heart-shaped vanilla cake layered with frosting and dipped in smooth white chocolate for a sweet, celebratory finish.
