Celebrate Mother’s Day with a special, plant-based meal from VegKentucky. Whether you’re treating Mom or enjoying a cozy meal at home yourself, this limited menu features comforting, brunch-inspired favorites made fresh and 100% plant-based.
All items are offered as individual servings, perfect for mixing and matching your favorites. From sweet and indulgent to savory and satisfying, this menu is designed to make your celebration easy and delicious.
Preorders open Wednesday morning and will be available through Friday. Pickup will take place Saturday, May 9th from 3–6 PM at Chef Space or 3-7 PM at Sri Mantra in Logan Street Market. Simply select your preferred pickup location at checkout and let us handle the cooking this Mother’s Day weekend.

HOW IT WORKS
Pre-Order: Through Friday, May 8th.
2 Pickup Locations: During the checkout process you’ll choose from two locations to pick up your order on Saturday, May 9th
Chef Space in Russell/Downtown, 3-6pm
Shelby Park: Sri Mantra inside Logan Street Market, 3-7pm
Simply heat and enjoy this large individual serving. Sweet baked French toast made with pound cake and a rich, egg-style custard, topped with strawberry sauce and fluffy whipped cream.

Heat & Enjoy. Savory baked casserole with french bread, plant-based ham, eggy custard, and melty cheese, finished with a drizzle of maple syrup.
