As the festival begins at 11 we require that you be fully set up by 10:30am. You may come as early as 8am to begin setup, which is highly recommended for all food vendors. Smaller vendors with simpler setups may want to arrive at 9am.
There is a small driveway that leads directly to a loading area, which is also where you can park. There are also alternate loading areas, so see a helpful MAP HERE. If you have a dolly or hand truck, bring it—we don’t provide those.
-
If you have a bare tablecloth and a few brochures people will avoid eye contact and pass you up! Come up with some good signage and visual aids to draw people in. See some photos from Made Market in the same space for ideas.
-
We will be providing paper tickets for volunteers to get a meal and drink at a vendor of their choosing. Please honor these as cash, track the total amount, and we can reimburse you upon request at the end of the event (cash or check). We ask that vendors charge the festival 50% of the cost of the meals as this is very much a NO profit event for the festival organizers.

Good news, the WiFi is now FREE. We can’t vouch for its reliability so plan to use cellular for your credit card processing in case it is overwhelmed.
Due to limited availability, electric is a $25 charge. If you did not purchase the electric upgrade for your table and will need it, please let us know ASAP and we’ll try to accommodate.
-
A reminder that you are responsible for your own permitting. In the event that the Health Department comes to inspect, you must meet their criteria or face the possibility of getting shut down. Table fees will not be reimbursed.
-
When and if possible please use compostable containers and utensils. If impractical, please bring recyclable containers. AVOID STYROFOAM at all costs, it takes centuries to break down.

We have access to an electric-only catering kitchen where items can be warmed (not cooked). We also have refrigerator and freezer space. Space is limited so please do contact us with any anticipated needs. The use of sternos and electric heaters is permitted in the event hall interior but no open flames.
Please help us promote the event and make it a success for you, too, by sharing the images below on social media (more here) and our Facebook event page at the shortened URL: https://fb.me/e/1or3m7vVj
