We need dedicated volunteers to help make Louisville VegFest a success!

Thank you for your interest in joining the Louisville VegFest team—we truly couldn’t do this without the incredible support of our volunteer crew. Each year, dozens of passionate individuals pitch in to bring this free, community-powered festival to life. We’re so grateful for you!

As a thank-you, volunteers receive a free meal ticket to use at any food vendor during the festival—plus the bonus warm fuzzy feeling of helping connect thousands of people to a healthier, kinder, and more sustainable way of living.

Volunteer roles include things like greeters/attendee counters, recycling ambassadors, and tech support. Please let us know your preferred shifts and roles using the sign-up form below, or contact us with questions.
