2025 VENDOR REGISTRATION

We’re so happy to have you join us at Louisville VegFest 2025!

The festival takes place again at the Mellwood Art Center on Saturday, September 6th, 2025. There is an Early Access hour for paid ticket-holders from 11am-12pm and doors open to the general public 12-6pm. Last year’s attendance was over 6,000 - so come prepared!

Louisville VegFest is now powered by VegKentucky, a nonprofit that’s more than tripled our social media presence and email reach since last year - giving vendors and especially sponsors more visibility than ever.
